Refund Policy
EdTec Institute Australia provides fair and transparent refund arrangements in accordance with the Standards for Registered Training Organisations (RTOs).
Full Refund Conditions
You may be eligible for a full refund in the following circumstances:
- Course cancellation by EdTec Institute Australia
- Withdrawal within 5 business days of enrollment
- Failure to meet course prerequisites
- Medical or compassionate circumstances
Partial Refund Conditions
Partial refunds may be available in the following situations:
- Withdrawal after commencement but before 20% completion
- Change in personal circumstances
- Employment or relocation requirements
- Course not meeting advertised standards
Refund Calculation
Refunds are calculated based on the following formula:
- Full refund: 100% of fees paid
- Partial refund: Fees paid minus administration costs
- No refund: After 20% course completion
- Administration fee: $200 (non-refundable)
Refund Process
To request a refund, follow these steps:
- Submit written refund request
- Provide supporting documentation
- Wait for assessment (5-10 business days)
- Receive refund within 14 days of approval
