This unit describes the skills and knowledge required to assess, update and document the operational procedures required to use an information and communications technology (ICT) system. It applies to individuals who apply technical and specialised knowledge and systematic approaches to documentation in a range of ICT related areas. No licensing, legislative or certification requirements apply to this unit at the time of publication.
